Banana Bread

Gluten and Dairy Free


1 ripe banana 

2 tbsp olive oil

2-3 tbsp honey

3 beaten eggs

100g ground almonds

100g ground flaxseeds

100g walnuts

1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  1. Mash banana and mix in olive oil, honey and eggs.

  2. Add the almonds, flaxseeds, walnuts and baking powder, then mix well.

  3. Pour into the lined baking tin, spread out and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 mins, depending on oven.

  4. Remove from oven and baking tray immediately, and leave to cool. 


Banana bread will keep for 5 days in a airtight container. (Longer in the fridge)
